  • After qualifying as a Barrister, Fiona felt that the exceptional service she provided to clients would be further enhanced by becoming an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator and cross-qualifying as a Solicitor, which she promptly did. Fiona worked as an in-house lawyer for a specialist international group of Corporate Managers, Trustees and Tax Advisors advising them on Incorporation, Structure, Contentious and non-Contentious Employment issues and Internal agreements. Fiona now uses her skills and delivers expert advice to customers on Company/Commercial contentious and non-contentious matters such as Employment advice and representation, company documentation/agreements and LVTs and disputes with managing agents. In her spare time Fiona has provided pro-bono support to the South West Employments Rights Centre and enjoys weekends in the West Country exploring natural history and ancient buildings such as Castles. She also enjoys her animals, having rescued a Berber Skink from Hill Head beach and nursed it back to health, as well as walking her dogs. Fiona is based in Portsmouth. ”Highly impressed with the quality of work and the time taken to discuss our needs. Miss Fiona Bee provided expertise and welcome reassurance that matters were in safe hands and were concluded with the best outcome possible regarding our case. A first class legal service”.
