  • Adam website is Adam was called to the Bar in 2000 and cross qualified as a Solicitor in 2004, and as a Solicitor Advocate in 2005. ​Adam formally worked for a large high street firm, before being TUPE transferred to a large national firm, as a Director of Public Law. Adam then worked in a small firm on Inquiry work before being made a Partner at Hodge Jones and Allen, in their public law department. Adam has actively supported other lawyers in furthering their development both through the Law Society and his work with the Solicitors Association of Higher Court Advocates. Adam is also a director of AMT Training Solutions, providing dedicated training support to the legal profession. Adam joined Scott-Moncrieff & Associates Ltd 2019, and has continued to develop his advocacy, public law and particularly his Inquiry work. Adam is a legal aid supervisor in Immigration, actions against public authorities, and public law. ​ AWARDS Adam was awarded Solicitor Advocate of the year 2014, and highly commended in 2017. Adam was runner up in 2013, 2015 and 2016 for Solicitor Advocate of the Year. In 2016 Adam was also shortlisted for Human Rights Lawyer of the Year. APPOINTMENTS Adam is currently appointed as the Chair of the Solicitors Association of Higher Court Advocates (SAHCA). Adam has also been appointed as an independent funding adjudicator, costs assessor and a member of the Special Controls Review Panel to the Legal Aid Agency. Adam is the Chief examiner of the immigration accreditation scheme run by the Law Society. Adam has helped develop the accreditation and re-accreditation process. Adam is the only solicitor advocate appointed to review Home Office decisions under a review process implemented in 2018 and has regularly represented the Home Office before the First Tier Tribunal. Adam is the training principle of AMT Training Solutions and continues to develop unique training for individuals and firm
